AC's System Wide Schrodinger Beef

Wait - so the chicken breast wasn't actually like a whole breast portion, but rather shredded bits of breast meat? They should really make that clear on the menu! The beef that I had was not bad... but yeah...

The beef dish on AC system wide would do Schrodinger proud.

From time to time, I have seen fully "formed" strips of chicken (like what you might see in a salad) for this dish but not this time around - more like "melted" chicken. I have a picture but can't post it right now...

Schrödinger's Beef - The meat may or may not cat, but don't ask, because then you find out if it meowed or moo.

What does one get on an 8:40 am flight on a CRA? YYC-IAD if that matters, AC8102.

Should be breakfast presumably. But no oven, so?

(My wife asked me and I don't seem to find the answer.)

Anyone ever look at that starter, and go, that is absolutely pathetically sad? I mean, the entree looks fine, nothing special, but the salad reminds me of the pathetic looking entree on UA for a while (you know, the sad pathetic pizzas or whatever?)

The starter on AC has me making a "grimaced" look on my face right now. I usually skip it, so maybe that's why I haven't thought much of it, but looking at it right now, lying on my couch, man, that's sad.

The Viagra bread is sad. In fact, it's crying on the inside.

The bread is fine. Your analogies are hilarious!

What's wrong with the bread? When it's heated just right, + add the margarine from my SPML, it's not bad. Then again I don't eat the meal...without other add ons, but the bread never struck me as overly bad. The salad though, is incredibly sad. It's literally DYING on the inside

You've got to be kidding me. The AC bread is brutal. I've flown on 9 European carriers in their J cabins and their bread (like LH's) is amazing. Soft, warm, and delicious. I'm not even a bread aficionado. That's how bad AC's baseball bats are.

One time in J with my friend, I bopped him upside the head with a breadstick and he actually yelped out "OWWW! ... man, that hurt!"

Instead of nightsticks, the OPP and the RCHHMP can use AC breadsticks. It would save them money and they would have an even more lethal brute force weapon to use.

Cheapening the product I see? Throwing bread Nomad? Hahahaha

LOL Yeah I can sort of see your point. On other carriers I can't have their bread. BR serves garlic bread, as an example, which has garlic butter, which I can't have. So my only reference to bread on an airline is AC's bread. I guess what they say is true: ignorance is bliss

Trust, in comparison to other respectable airlines, AC's bread is brutal. Super hard, zero taste, and often cold.

Ooohhh... the BR bread sounds delish! Me so wanna fly BR. Me so horny.

AC bread

I think AC uses two different types of bread onboard.

The domestic kind I do not like. It's rectangular. . It's either hard as a rock or chewy (not the nice kind)...rubbery.

On the international flights the bread are fantastic - they are the baguette variety with the pointed ends... I enjoy those .

I admit I do like the beef!

When I think of puck - it's hard and impossible to cut.. That wasn't the case on this flight.

Call me a minority!
