So we can all get a handle on how they are going to work in the real world, how much they will cost, et c.
Post flight, date, route, original fare basis (T, T+, Lat, etc), and if known, seat inventory (i.e. J9, C7, Z5, I3). If you do upgrade, please also let us know how many empty J seats there were in the cabin, if any. And if you were considering a certificate upgrade, why or why you didn't opt for the LMU.
It would be helpful if this thread could be limited to "just the facts" and no discussion, which could be posted elsewhere. That should make this thread more useful for everyone.
Should anyone want to discuss LMU's further please post in this thread:

I know it sounds cheap, but for a flight with no lie flight bed, and reduced serviced (E90) I don't see myself paying $1K+ for one way J on a narrowbody. Maybe some do but I wouldnt.
I would rather pay for a preferred seat, get a PR07, buy lounge access, and spend $100 in alcohol or a meal at a restaurant, I get pretty much everything J gets except the bigger seat.
Although I find AC Int'l J prices reasonable to advance purchase (when in the 3K range), I don't see enough value in AC NA J (IMHO).
This year, all my Int'l travel is AC J, but domestic is Y.
And that is why I declined the LMU.

June 29, Sunday, YEG>YVR in the afternoon. Offered LMU at $185+'fees and taxes' (which I couldn't access until and unless I agreed to it, so I didn't). Was in rock-bottom T bucket, on employer-paid ticket.
So, declined. Was called to front MLL desk by the kindly moat-dragon, "for a message", which was that I had been op-upped "for weight and balance".
Needless to say, this grandmother sang all the way to YVR. ^_^
Cheese tray (yum!), two dishes of mixed nuts, and two tumblers of very nice white wine from Italy. Even though I was squished near-flat by Mr Abrupt Reclinearama in front of me, I enjoyed the ride. Wouldn't have paid ca. 200 bucks for a wine-and-cheese session, though.....

YYC-YUL T-24h Felx (G) - $699+ tax
Too much for me
Would only do it in the $300-$399 range.
At least I am 0001 on the check-in list, so I know I at least have a 0.0000001% chance of an Op-up

Accepted as I was wearing my suit and the flight was completely full in Y class and I have no status with AC. J cabin was also full.
