New code on my boarding pass, 'DBUS', showing only in the app next to remarks, not in the Apple wallet pass. What could that mean?

Were you in J with a preordered meal?

Was your son in PY with a pre-ordered meal?

Nov 23 SFO-YYZ: ACDI, SIXF, DBUS
Nov 23 YYZ-FCO: SIXF, D1ST

It was an Aeroplan Business Flexible ticket.

I know what ACDI and SIXF are. No idea on DBUS or D1ST. I can't recall if I pre-ordered a meal on YYZ-FCO, but I certainly did not on SFO-YYZ.

Dec 13 DEN-YYZ
Remark: DBUS
Frequent Flyer: DR

I'm in Y, on the waitlist for J. Purchased with a flight pass.

I saw this DBUS today. Also no TSA pre for my LGA YYZ showing even though I am using my Nexus for the millionth time.

I'm so missing out. No DBUS for my BPs yesterday.

zorn Dec 13, 2024 8:21 am

It's obviously "Dirty" something "Under" "Surveillance" but I can't think of what the B might stand for.

I'm pretty fearful for the future of PreCheck - more and more US airports are looking to the new private pre-clearance outfits, like Clear, that offer the airports a new source of auxillary revenues. Going through both LAS and ORD recently neither had an operational PreCheck lane - but the new CLEAR lanes were up and running...

I also have DBUS as a remark on my Canada to USA flight.
  • Noted at check in that it is an International Transit flight
  • Latitude Flight pass
  • Used a Complimentary Upgrade
  • Pre-Check reflected

I had to get the counter to print a physical BP to get the precheck to show up for my ex-LGA flight earlier this week.

I booked three passengers on tomorrow’s YYZ to YHZ flight.

- Cash fare, aeroplan member, economy Comfort, no code noted on boarding pass.

- Award tickets for aeroplan member and nonmember, business class lowest, DBUS noted on both boarding passes.

Tulips700 Dec 14, 2024 5:25 am

I have flights tomorrow from YHZ-YXU flex bus, ac35 and received DBUS on my boarding pass.
