Minor gripe.
Boulevardier and Aperol Spritz have been on the business class menus for long haul for many months if not more than a year?
Twice in a row I've had senior flight attendants look at me perplexed when I order these and have to read the menu to figure them out.
Furthermore today on ICN YYZ they announced the vermouth was out of stock.

Amazing how they put these things on the menu but don't bother to cater the right garnishes to make the drink properly, or train their people on what they are or how make them...watermark 'didn't really try'!

Which reminds me, I need to get a TSA-approved bottle of bitters, because with bitters and vermouth it might be time to resurrect my favorite thread: Drinks you can make on board

I had breakfast on the ground so I am saving mine for lunch as they only cater breakfast on an 8.30 to 2.30 flight.

I had a Manhattan (minus bitters) recently on a flight. The FA was surprised at what I was doing, as if she'd never seen anything more complicated than liquor+(standard) mix before.

With the recent weather advisories I recently changed a couple of flights. The YYZ-YYC leg I changed to (on Wed) is scheduled to operate on a 330, which I believe is normally not the case. It appears to be a one off as its usually a 321 or 7M8. I received a pre-order and the menu is the regular NB 2 option menu, and the same is shown on the fight status page. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this as I'm wondering if the flight will actually be catered this way or if it will be catered with the expanded Signature menu?
