I had a Manhattan (minus bitters) recently on a flight. The FA was surprised at what I was doing, as if she'd never seen anything more complicated than liquor+(standard) mix before.
Which reminds me, I need to get a TSA-approved bottle of bitters, because with bitters and vermouth it might be time to resurrect my favorite thread: Drinks you can make on board

It's a pre-order, I posted here and you replied you would select prefer not to eat
Chia seed pudding is a pretty standard healthy option in commercial food service and I prefer it to the out of season fruit plate. But I can see people being put off by it.

On this topic, I'm convinced that when the AC Execs try out new meals (I assume someone does), its not in a plane or even a simulated environment. If they saw what the meal looked liked when served in the air surely they would do something. They often taste OK but look like you know what.

I drink all of the coffee that I want before I board after watching what they do in the lavs before landing.

I pre-ordered the Bibimbap and my wife ordered the Squid Ink Risotto w/shrimp. Any feedback on that dish - should she change it? I preferred the January menu on the YYZ > LIM. I don't eat Lamb very often, it at all but was tempted to try the lamb shank. The same old Veg Lasagna is on there along with Jerk Chicken but not interested in either.

I would def choose this dish unless I ate in SS beforehand.

YVR-BKK/SIN: Tuna sandwich in Y
Looking at in-app Y menu as eup looks unlikely
Does anyone know the story behind the tuna sandwich and cookie as snack in Y? Did Jerome Ferrer suggest this? Is it as awful as it sounds?!

:-)
The chicken sounds East Indian, overcooked by definition. The rest will be overcooked too. The beef will stand being overcooked but it's not sexy in the first place...
I would probably still go for the overcooked fish...
Oh well.
