I pre-ordered the Bibimbap and my wife ordered the Squid Ink Risotto w/shrimp. Any feedback on that dish - should she change it? I preferred the January menu on the YYZ > LIM. I don't eat Lamb very often, it at all but was tempted to try the lamb shank. The same old Veg Lasagna is on there along with Jerk Chicken but not interested in either.
Someone upstream posted the picture of Bibimbap and I have to say it looks very appealing to me.
I would def choose this dish unless I ate in SS beforehand.
