As of July 2022, MLLs appear to be largely back to normal operations.
Ordering to the table has been shut down, with most MLLs offering self-serve buffets similar to what was available pre-COVID.
Note that the EWR MLL has been permanently shut down as a result of changes/construction at EWR.
Showers
YYZ int - closed (Aug 12. They claimed all showers closed at YYZ but I was only at int.)
YVR tb - open
YVR int - open
YUL int - open

YYZ International pretty empty today (I'd guess max 30 people in here right now). Showers still closed (and no timeline for reopening). Standard (pandemic era) grab-and-go wraps and salads + QR code options.

Yes, it is the same today as well. The sign says 96 people. I had to wait about 20 minutes to enter. But they still have the JW...

Didn’t impact me, but saw they were planning to enforce capacity limits on the YYZ domestic express lounge. As I was leaving it started to get near capacity they were setting someone at the entry gates who they said would enforce only one entry for each exit. Two of us were on our way out at around 3:30pm yesterday when they started to count and they had stopped by 5:00pm so not sure if they ended holding back many.

YYZ Dom MLL still has the sign posted for the good JW today. I ask for it. Attendant pours JW Red. I ask if they have the Gold still. They say the Red is the Gold.
