She has a computer?
Easiest thing in my experience is to wait one full month these last two years since AQD has been in effect. Saves the worry as they have always posted by then. I can see other circumstances where you want early qualification etc. where prompt posting might necessitate the inquiries. Still a big fail for AC's IT (no surprise though)

That was the case for me until recently, as noted by others upthread as well, that regular flights did post after a delay, but FP flights did not, and that was new. Super-Audrey is on the job taking all the flack and fixing it up though.

Flew YQT-YYZ-VIE-LHR on 014 stock a week ago. YYZ-VIE (OS codeshare) AQM/AQS never posted, and thus no AQD, which sucks for a P fare on TATL. Assuming I can get the AQM to post eventually (hopes are not high, based on previous experiences with AE), will my AQD automatically post after that, or will I need to request it? YQT-YYZ and VIE-LHR AQD posted fine.

Once 14 days have passed, submit a missing mileage request through Aeroplan.
If AQM posts, but AQD still does not, then submit an AQD request through AC.

As did mine. All my second half of June flights were pending until this AM. I have gotten used to it taking almost a month to post them. (4 weeks longest in this round and 3 weeks the shortest from flight date to posting date)

The big question for many folks is : what will this incompetence by AC mean in terms of the Oct 15 cutoff for early qualification?
MrsITAG will have a YYZ-YVR flight Oct 3 that would make her SE by Oct 15. If it doesn't post, will they honour the cutoff?

So as long as you report any issues quickly, you/she should be fine.

If in 2017, everyone has issues come October 15. they might more generally handle the borderline cases.
It might only be a few hundred people who are only borderline, anyway.
