A datapoint.
All June flight pass bookings remain pending (M Class), we are now mid-July.
Does anyone know if UA has the same major challenges with their PQD postings in a timely and correctly? Just curious.

They are clearly testing methodologies to lessen the cost of early qualification.
If they can make early qualification happen later, they < benefits.
By October 15, they will process stuff in November, and thus avoid having to award qualification by that date, thereby reducing costs.
Brilliant, if you think about it.

AQD for regular tickets seemed to be timely, but M FP was missing over a month. But like someone else upthread, it was posted almost instantly when I submitted the form online. I think their backlog must be such that they serve the squeaky wheels. It does make some sense as some passengers care about timely posting and others don't. Simply doing FIFO would allocate time to posting for those who don't care. The lesson is, if you want to see your FP AQD, do the form.
