Yes I would like to escalate it but there seems to be nobody to escalate it too,. I have called and emailed and no response. If anybody can pitch in with some contact details could be helpful. Even the WhatsApp chat wont reply to me as they said its for elite members only.

What a scam,. I flew only for this reason from Australia to nz and back even stayed overnight. No complaint process wasted $1000
