I have unconfirmed news regarding the new ALL programme.
The new tier above Diamond is callled "Litmitless". Essentially the Invite-Only tier.
Not sure if this is accurate but with the programme named "Accor Live Litmitless" It kind of makes sense.

I checked the calendar, and it's not April Fools Day? What good is an upgrade certificate if the upgrade isn't guaranteed in advance? How is that any different from the current unlimited upgrades upon availability?

Hey,
does anyone have any info on points spending rules in ALL?
I'm plat, so caled plat hotline: "Please hold on, I need to talk to my manager................................thanks for waiting, please subscribe to our newsletter, you will be informed in November"
Wrote them 5 emails over the course of 8 weeks - zero reaction whatsoever
wrote them on twitter - no reaction
posted on facebook - got an answer asking me to write them a private message, which I did. Guess what - no answer.
I guess they're planning on devaluating the points.
Are you guys burning all your points before Winter?

I remember is it next year or current that you can dine at the hotel and earn points even if you are not staying at the hotel? Was wondering to try out the Shenzhen Raffles restaurant.

Still curious about the detail of how ALL execution about Suite Night Award.
SPG/Bonvoy supposedly use automated system. Although there are some cases system approved the SNA and upgrade member accordingly but then hotel intervene and downgrade member back.
But judging from All own blurb ... Booked in advance, guaranteed then it supposedly guaranteed at booking or at least at the time of applying SNA if a suite available.
I guess we all need to wait longer to see ALL the details
