Itahacker, thanks for your response. I'm going to start listing discrepancies as I see them. This one tonight is for a domestic fare:
Shows up as $116 a.i. with matrix2.
On CO and UA websites prices at $162 a.i. (books into T class).

We do note that there are other flights, without cross-airport connections in Washington, at the same price that morning, and they are widely bookable.

Yea, in the above matrix must have been reset to search for premium cabin fares only, not sure how that happened. I think the real discrepancies tend to come sometimes in searches that mix fare markets like open jaws and multi-cities, especially in international searches where the possible permutations of fares may be astronomically high.

Ok, sorry didn't realize a fare originating in MNL was defaulted to be shown in php instead of dollars (but the currency is not shown until you look at the fare rules).

I liked Matrix when I first started using it, but now I am wary. When searching for Thai flights it only had full fare economy listed for $2000 or so, whereas Thai's website had all kinds of discount fares (W, Q) starting at $800.
