No, if you can't do it online, the phone isn't going to work either.

You could split the PNR and then upgrade one of you though.

Anyone get a change of aircraft email last night? Our HND-YVR flight was downgraded to the 787-8 and their less than stellar cradle seats. Not even angle flat. For the record not complaining just curious if it was a one off thing or seasonal.

this will greatly affect my important meetings and i demand a change to a flight at end of schedule next year.

Yup got the same. Called and got rerouted on a 777. That segment now shows as D fare class, so may try to see if I can get a GPU from CC and upgrade.

Same, Got downgrade from 789 to 788 on YVR-HND. That's really bad.

I am booked HND-YVR on Sep 4 and tried to call and change to the 77W HND-LAX-YVR and they were not having it.

Spent about 25 minutes on the phone with them total and they spoke to a supervisor and still didn't go for it so I am just going to try again later tonight and tomorrow.

They were nice/apologetic about it but firm.

Can you tell me what you were able to switch to and how the conversation went?
