alleged luxury hotels in Palo Alto. The other one is called the Clement (the first name of the owner). The Clement is different, the room rate mandatorily includes all three meals a day, whether or not the guest takes them. There are enough high end travelers to justify two small, likely overpriced, hotels.
not sure re tripadvisor reviews when one mentions limited staff
wonder if there are some corporate/partner rates etc
finally real photos of rooftop pool/jacuzzi, not bad at all
not molasses reef?

The Rosewood Sand Hill, Epiphany and Clement are aimed solidly at corporate and VC clients. Also, there is a burgeoning wealthy Chinese influx which patronizes these venues. The Rosewood, in particular, hosts a clutch of middle-eastern guests.

I don't know how you get to $300+150/per person. I just checked a random date in September and the lowest room rate quoted was $799 a night, rising to at least double that. Even checking tonight, i.e., last minute, the lowest rate was $699.

"$300 [$299] before that fee is bundled"
aug 31 - sep 4 $599 double $449 single
$699 = $399 + $150pp
$799 = $499 + $150pp
rosewood can run $799 for entry room
clement rate calender shows when changing selected dates

author of first article said $1K > $3K (without skiing) on their blog
at one point i saw $3500 double, which wouldve made $1750 single
unclear whether 'with heli-skiing' is ~$3K pp or ~$6K per night
(miavana, singita, etc for example discount 50% for single occ.)
good photos in that article, even new website has relatively little
curious if anyone here knows anyone who has been to any of them

The Orient Jerusalem is Now Open
Please see:

Cheers & Safe Travels. ^
The Orient Jerusalem is the newest hotel in Jerusalem's luxury market. It's located in the city’s western German Colony, just 20 minutes from the heart of the Old City and close by to HaTachana, the city’s first-ever train station (built in 1892), which has since transformed into a collection of designer boutiques, trendy cafes, restaurants, and galleries.
The new luxury hotel is the newest addition to Isrotel, an Israeli hotel chain. Current hotels include Cramim, Beresheet, Carmel Forest Spa Resort, Royal Beach Tel Aviv, and Royal Beach Eilat, all five-star properties.
