Yes, I have purchased miles each time the 100% bonus special was offered over the past two years. I have, however, never exceeded the 50k on any one promotion.

Are we limited to one bonus? The way I read the T&C is that only the first 50,000 will be given the bonuses. Can you make an additional purchase to get another bonus or is the max bonus miles per member 50,000?
I'm doubting the system will "lock" out the promo after the first purchase, but want to see everyone elses opinion before I try to buy enough miles for 3 tickets.

Has anyone confirmed this? Purchases were not limited like this in the past as far as I can remember. The way the promo is worded makes it seem like per purchase, the max bonus you can get is 50,000 miles.

You were sometimes able to get bonuses for BOTH the buy and gift, so effectively coming to 100k bonus per person per account. But never more than 50k per transaction type.
