My past two rentals in LEX and MSP have not posted either. Avis says miles have already been credited but US hasn't given me 1 mile yet. GOing in a month now. Who do I contact?

Same here. My miles from a rental in late May have not posted. I contacted US a few weeks ago and was told Avis has a backlog of 30 days in responding to any request! 
I am waiting for that 30 days to pass and will follow-up.

I have had 7 rentals with this coupon code split over JFK and LGA since the first return on July 9.
Nothing has posted. Not even the normal X miles/day that is in addition to the promotion.
