It has been determined there was a technical issue when Avis was sending
us the bonus miles for your reservations with them. It has since been
reported.

We have added 3,000 bonus miles for the following rentals:

4/2/12, 4/9/12, 4/16/12, 4/23/12, 5/14/12, 5/22/12, and 5/29/12

Due to system limitations, we were unable to open your attachments. We
would be happy to continue to work with our Avis partner on your behalf
to obtain the miles for 4/30/12 and 5/6/12. However, we will need a
little information from you.
