Looks like N220UA is next in line for the modifications.

Hmm, did N219UA get a new new layout, or does mobile have a typo?
UA898 PEK-IAD is flying today with Aircraft: #2019, I was expecting #2819. Or is 20xx an even newer 777 (XR?)? Or am I just totally confused?

One other data point: UA 898 from PEK to IAD on 12/27 has a seating map with the new configuration. I'm not sure if this would be the same aircraft, N219UA, returning to IAD, but if it is, then good indication it's 77Q now. (UA 850 to ORD also shows new configuration on the seat map for 12/27).

So -- if I have the dope correct -- N775UA is a fifth XD, in service since 7 December; not shown as converted on the Wiki; N769UA, at PEK since 30 November for maintenance and conversion will be the sixth XD; not shown as in-progress on the Wiki; and N219UA, back in service 26 December; also not shown as converted on the Wiki; it's the 21st XQ.
If -- as posted -- N220UA is the next XQ, that would equal 21 XQs and 5 XDs at year-end, with two in hand.

Well, the Wiki is back, but it doesn't seem to want to accept edits.

I read that to mean two are now in the shop to be converted and that 26 have already been converted and are back in service (we knew there were 24 done when Wiki was last updated weeks ago and with confirmation that N219UA and N775UA have been "hatched", that is 26).

should i know this?
PLEASE forgive my ignorance, but how can I find out the frame numbers that have already been converted for the 777's. I am flying to LHR on 1-1-12 and united cargo for NOW says 77Q, which is the new config. Would love to have a resource that tells me the actual plane. thanks and I'm sorry if this has been answered 1 billion times before.

Smisek not only stopped the conversions, but also hacked down the Wiki to prevent us from seeing that he stopped the conversions!

The PDA site, m.united.com
But the time horizon of its crystal ball is shorter (~4 days) than UALcargo's is.

Got that on the mobile app for my iphone and you're right, only could see info up to Thursday. Have done Unitedcargo.com but where does one get the nose numbers?

Beware though, as noted in post #908 it's not accepting edits, so the data aren't quite up to date. But Bitterroot has kindly summarized the current knowledge in that post.
As mentioned above, to look up the specific nose number, use the Flight Status option on mobile.united.com. Currently it's only showing flights up through Friday, so you have to wait a bit to use that. Once you have the nose number, you can match it up with a tail number on the wiki (the last 2 digits are the same).
