For the past 30 minutes, I’ve had problems logging in to both the website and the app.

Location: out my front door 60 min prior to IAH flight until they increased the check in time to 45 min

Past & cancelled flights not showing anymore.
It goes from displaying correctly in the old style, to not finding the reservation in the new style.
Apparently, I have no past trips with United. Interesting.

If I click on My Trips from the homepage mine looks totally different to what you see. I can see everything I expect to see in the app but the website is a bit odd still with the mix of old and new pages.

Clicking on "View all trips" under "My trips" brings up the old style, but clicking on "view" brings up the new style with an error that it can't find the reservation.

OK, so, I did what you said and it shows my current upcoming trip by going new-old-new (I agree, it really is amateur hour with United IT but it is still better than BA if it is any solace! 
)

Well, the CURRENT trips display fine in the "new-old-new display" (I like that one! ^); it's the cancelled and past trips that have vanished...

So, when I go "new-old" I see two tabs: Current; Past, and the Past tab shows me the past trips I have had for this year. Do you see that?

In "old", yes. The problem occurs if I want to actually view any details of Past or Cancelled trips. It goes back to "new" and displays the "not valid reservation number" and everything other than current trips is blank.
