Carlos Santana and his wife Cindy Blackman (former drummer for Lenny Kravitz) December 11, on UA 1768 OGG-SFO. Looking fashionable -- if not a little Fantasy Island-ish -- in a white suit with white turtleneck and Panama hat.
Flight was delayed due to a mechanical and he was very gracious talking to folks during the wait. Sat in 5F. They were traveling with an assistant of some sort who sat in row 6 -- he was carrying his guitar which was in a black alligator skin guitar case.

Cheech Marin on UA5208 ORD-BUF Nov 25th, I think he was playing a show at the Casino in Niagara Falls the next night, sat in 1C with a woman who appeared to be his wife in 1D

In the news...Carrie Fisher was on UA 935 from London to LAX and suffered a cardiac episode. Mixed reports at the moment on whether she is stable.

I've been on the same flight as him 5 times and it always has been a Tuesday. First time we talked for 20 minutes. Last Thursday means he was probably in his way for the lakers sixers game
