NOTE: The overwhelming consensus is that preflight PQD/PQM/RDM information on an itinerary is frequently wrong for inexplicable reasons, but it being wrong on the itinerary has no bearing on whether correct PQD/PQM/RDM will post to your MP account after flying a segment. So don't worry if things look wrong pre-flight; it is only necessary to contact MP if post-flight posting is incorrect.

Hi everyone,
Thank you all for your comments regarding our display of MileagePlus earning information.
We are aware that there are some rare instances, where international surcharge is being excluding from the display of award miles and PQD when viewing your upcoming reservation on United.com. We expect to have the earnings display corrected shortly. Please rest assured that the final earnings reflected in your Account summary once you have flown will include the surcharge.

PQPs Differ on E-mail Receipt v. Website/App
I have an upcoming trip to Europe that includes UA and LH segments, LH is booked as LH flight number.
The app and website indicate 7,608 PQPs but the e-mail receipt shows 7,746 PQPs.
Any ideas why this would happen? Which do I believe??

Projected PQPs for flights involving partners often show incorrectly (but post correctly).

Simple IAD-MCO roundtrip. 2 tickets received different earnings. They where purchased together and are on the same PNR, One of us is 1K and the other Platinum.
Statements show:
1K: 550+550 Base miles; 110+110 PQP; 1,210+1,210 Miles
Plat: 1,084+920 Base miles; 271+230 PQP; 2,439+2,070 Miles
The Plat's earning seem completely wrong. We should both receive the same number PQPs (miles should be different, but Plat should receive less). The 1K numbers are what was quoted when purchased. Also, Plat was 1K when booked, but dropped to Plat before the flight.
Am I missing something?
