Totally agree. I buy P-Ups when it makes sense to do so, and that's tough to do on a 145.

Oh, and the CRJ-200s are the bane of my existence. Had to take one YYC--DEN last weekend

^^^ I am one of the few people that actually likes the E145.

ORD has an even higher percentage of RJ flights than IAH with 68% vs 58% and of UALs half dozen hubs, SFO is the only one with RJ equipment on a minority of its total schdeduled flights. So surprisingly even IAD is dominated by RJs.

There are entirely to many RJs at ORD. I typically fly internationally from ORD but have a connection at IAD in a few weeks that I will be stuck on an RJ for ~2 hours.

I said every RJ flight, not every flight.

I know it's not the longest, but the CRJ-700 LAX-DFW is really long for me. I took it once, and that was enough!

My knees hit the seat in front of me so I have to bend them uncomfortably, I can't stand up in the aisle and stretch since I have to hunch over. There is no relief for someone 6'2+ on those planes. The only plus on the 145 for me is that I get to sit alone and don't have to worry about someone else making me more uncomfortable.

Longest flights in RJ

YYZ - PDX on E190. 2097 miles. Not a bad flight, mainly because the plane was half empty. What do I win? ;-)

Sounds like AC...doesn't count, that's a nice experience even in Y

And the E90 is basically mainline anyway, in fact, US Airways operates it as such.

I just booked MSP-LAX-HNL; HNL-SFO-MSP.

The flight times are great because I leave MSP at 6 am and arrive HNL at 11 am, and the return is all day time flying.

I'm not looking forward to United Express on the MSP segments.

CLE-DFW at about 3 hrs. And since it's often not on time with an onboard delay, it's making me strongly consider frontier.

Cle-Dallas

Before your check out Frontier on this route beware of their on time record in Cle. Has been under 50% the last 2 weeks with several days of average delays of 3 hours and are NOT weather or ATC related.
