Same thing happened to me. All my reservations are gone. And later I cannot even login anymore.

I called and the voice did tell me my status and current award balance so at least that is still there.

Not working for me either...and ditto with the mobile app. I wonder if there'll be any glitches as a result of this. :P

This is why I love Flyertalk! I couldn't get in either so before calling anyone, I figured I'd hop over here and see if anyone else was having the same problem. Occasionally, it looks like I've logged in, but mileage balance etc is all 0.

Good thing I printed out my itinerary yesterday....

I discovered a problem yesterday when I logged in to print a trip I have for today and there was some mysterious $1200 charge for the purchase of 31,000 miles attached to the itinerary. I hadn't purchased miles and definitely hadn't incurred the charge. I called the Platinum line and they said they were having web issues. Guess those issues just got worse before they got better...

everything gone .... zero miles, downgraded to general member, no reservations ... but my lifetime BIS miles still showing =)

guess they value my history with them but not my current over entitlement
