Until the issue is resolved, will folks be missing upgrades that would otherwise have cleared because they are waitlisted for a fictitious inventory that would never open up (e.g., ON on a 2-cabin domestic flight)?
I am in this situation, but as Shannon stated, it will be resolved, so I'm just sitting tight for a few days to see what happens. |

All itineraries have new numbers (how will check in go for those who don't have the new itinerary number?) 6. We've been assigned new mileage plus numbers, but we don't know them and have yet to receive the updated info by mail. How will we check in? 7. We need a PIN to speak to United or use their website, but we don't have it, can't get on the website.... 8. We'll be flying blind--no mileage plus number, no PIN, no website access, no seat assignments. We are idiots. |
I have looked through this thread and have not found the answer... Where do I find my Upgrade Summary? When I check with "Ask Alex" she automatically sends me to the information page on what all the upgrades are defined as... To top that off I am automatically logged out as well so that I need to log back in...:mad:

Hey UAL, try calling your GS desk and see what happens. No one answers. Is that an integration problem? After about 10 minutes, it'll ask you if you want to be transferred to the premier desk. They are about as helpful as my 3 year old. Two hung up on me. Nice.

Thanks, sdcarver You can also look at the "View All Activity" link on your "My Account" page to see "Award Activity," which will have your deposit, redemption, and expiration info on the upgrades. |

Thanks, sdcarver Of course, you now have zero visibility into existing UGs already cleared or sponsored and when those expire - I'm going to manually keep track of them in my master spreadsheet until they take inspiration from the PMUA.com and learn how to display them. I might be waiting awhile... |

Try logging in to the site using your old PMUA MP #s and passwords. It should then tell you what your new OPdbaMP # is. Follow the advice for #6 above, and you should be able to go in and set your PIN. |

UG info takes a back seat on COdbaUA.com. It's all under "my account" - will show you lines for RPU/GPU; hover over them and it will show you when they expire.

Here's an issue with the website. I'm trying to sponsor HNL-IAH for tomorrow. The website doesn't let me use my regional upgrades. Instead, it wants to take a Global Upgrade.
Im sure the new system should allow the use of RPU on BF operated flights. But it doesn't give you the option to select between RPU or GPU. it takes GPU by default. |

Anyway, what I did was complete the setup of my profile and then I went back and clicked on the "Forgot your PIN?" link. It showed me that phrase I had just customized to remember my PIN (of course, that didn't help because I don't know what UA had set my new PIN to) but there was a button or link which read, "Still don't remember your PIN?" and I clicked on it. It then asked another verification question and then I was able to enter the new PIN. |

The fares from SAN to SAV doubled over night! In most cases on the days I need, they are only showing first class fares. Did they lose the additional flights in the consolidation? How could they be gone in 24 hours? The only option the website shows is US Agony. Kayak, too. :mad: No phone support, no 1K answers. Total FU.
