Currently in ORD on my way back home for a few days - my best wishes and thanks to all the UA employees that shuffle all us grumpy travellers around the world all day - we do really appreciate it even if we don't always show it!

As it is now Thanksgiving Week, it's time to quote my original post

Yes, you work a 7 day a week job but it is still hard to work on a holiday and to be away from family so i would simply like to say thank you to the folks at my favorite airline

Managed to snag "Mrs. narvik" a business saver award ticket on the 24th back to USA from New Zealand on NZ99 (AKL-NRT) to UA78 (NRT-EWR) .
