I know pressing the DND button made it WHITE, but couldn't guess what GREEN meant
In the new Business Class of B777:
When your seat is in the full-upright position the light is green.

At the counter in SFO a cash upgrade was advertised for 1299 USD.

How extensive is the IFE on the A333? Is this the newest plane in the fleet? Any tips on best seats? What is usually the most popular row?

IME, A330 J is same as 77W really - same IFE, seat
77W/77B has Wi-Fi and more seats (some A333 has Wi-Fi too so it seems), that's about it

Best to research around, or SeatGuru to determine your favorite row

I guess row 3 makes the most sense as its in the middle? Other random question does Turkish ever run out of 1st choice entrees? I usually like the window seat and is it true if your seatmate is full bed mode that the window can still get out very easily?

Yes, they can run out of 1st choice meals, even for J paxs, which seems stupid
It all depends on the order they take it, sometimes they start from Left front (1A), down the aisle and back, so 1K? will be last... It depends

Getting out - I read that it should be doable..IF you can step UP high enough? ha

Thanks Jerry! That is interesting how they go up and down and row 1 on the other side could be the last one served. So I guess the safest bet is just to take row 3 that way you can't possibly miss your first choice and being smack dab in the middle?

Any experience on business in TK12, route JFK-IST?

I'm flying TK12 from JFK to IST in December. I assume that it will have the new flat bed seats in business? Any advice about seating on that flight? Also, flying TK868 and 869 (roundtrip IST AUH), any recent experiences on these flights and/or advice?

Curious of A320 flying IST-FCO is true 2x2 business or just economy with middle seat blocked.

I'm flying ARN-IST in December, and ExpertFlyer shows the aircraft type as 32N with 5 rows of C class (AC,DF).
According to previous posts in this thread, 32N aircraft is the ex-Kingfisher config with proper C class. However, there was one post indicating that even though the aircraft type for his flight was shown as 32N, C class ended up being 3+3 seats with the middles blocked.
The ExpertFlyer seatmap shows 27 rows of economy class (rows 6-32) with 3+3 seats in each row, totaling 162 seats.
According to previous posts in this thread, the ex-Kingfisher aircraft should have 148 seats.

So, what are the odds that I'll actually get proper C class? Is ExpertFlyer showing "32N" incorrectly?

just enter your flight date on thy.com and proceed till check in. there you will see the seat layout and what type of aircraft you will get. however, substitutions can still occur.

My flight shows 5 rows of business class, AC-DF seats. Aircraft type: "AIRBUS A320-232". Would that be proper business class, or 3-3 seats with the middles blocked?
I also checked the earlier flight (shown as 32R on expertflyer), and that shows 4 rows of seats, AB-EF config, and the aircraft type is "AIRBUS A320-231".

... unless it's an ex-kingfisher bird (code 32N), in which case AC-DF is 2x2 business class.
