LHR-IST J class
Hello All,
What seat configuration do they run on this flight?
These sorts of distance flights always seem to be tricky between standard European J or long haul J. it's also an overnight flight. What do Turkish use? Will my first time with them.

There are four flights a day, equipment ranges from A321, A330 to B777. Which one are you booked on? Currently none of them would have Euro business, it is either recliner or fully flat.

i noticed that as well. according to seat guru it's angled flat. but according to google flights is a lie flat.. and then i see this on the TK website, which further complicates things because that layout seems like a CRJ layout!

Etihad has a leased Jet A332 that flies back and forth between AUH and JNB, so I'm well familiar with this configuration. I do not like it.
The seat is just fine for sleeping, but that's all it has going for it. There is no in-seat storage whatsoever; you feel cramped and boxed in; with the tray table stowed, glasses etc. can only be placed on a narrow ledge, and are constantly at risk of being knocked over; with the tray table extended, you are more or less imprisoned; looking out the window is a pain in the neck, literally; on this particular aircraft at least, all the seats I've tried have an annoying tendency to jiggle as soon as you shift your weight; and the cabin is dark and uninviting.
Not my favorite aircraft.
