Good morning from JFK terminal 8 where it is currently stupid o’clock once more. What does stupid o’clock look like digitally? 04:15 :(

Thirty minutes later and I’ve made it to the Chelsea lounge.
The FT curse of the 90% photo upload stall is back where the photo upload gets to 90% and then hangs. Regular service will be resumed from Phoenix in around seven hours time assuming the uploading gets fixed by then. On the bright side…. Krug :D |

Maybe it's coincedental. But on my trip last November I had the FT photo upload bug when I was logged into the WIFI of every AA lounge I've visited (JFK, LAX, MIA). Everywhere else in between in worked flawlessly. So maybe it's not an FT issue but some weird settings of the AA hotspots?

JapesUK Your comment about the small pours made me laugh, and reminded me very much of a time when I flew home from Japan on Emirates in F. They had three different whiskies and I didn't know which one I wanted, so the crew suggested I try a small measure of each - which sounded great to me!
Well, if they used the fingers method to measure, they used the fingers of an elephant! All three pours were huge. |
PHX I have some memories from yeaterday.If you wanna visit a lounge go to the one near gate A6. This one is bigger thant the one near A20.

Currently ensconced in the lounge near gate B6 as we have arrived at gate B13 and I depart to Reno from gate B13! Same plane, same seat! You disembark into a mixed departures and arrivals so Back to Back is very easy, especially so today!

From the lounge it was about ten minutes to the gate. Every gate has a boarding countdown timer, I really like this.
