And, of course, MyPoints hasn't worked in years.
Send them an email. They will quickly respond to your email, and after some time the program will be updated.

In fairness, I finally got MyPoints working and it had been my fault, not the program's.

But Hilton still hasn't been updated since the change to Hilton's website.

response from Miletracker

FYI

Hi Bob,

Thank you for reporting the problems with Marriott, Hilton, and Continental
in MileTracker. All of these programs stopped working due to recent website
changes. We are working on an upgrade that will fix these programs and a few others. As soon as we can do so, we will release the upgrade, so please be sure to download it when prompted to. Hopefully we will be able to release
the upgrade in the next few days. In the meantime, I apologize for the delay
and the inconvenience.

Problem with MileTracker--spam??

When I try to check my miles with USA Today MileTracker it directs me instead to a page with a picture of the Blackberry Curve. The site is www DOT e DOT nvero DOT net ............. Is this a spam or trojan deal??

Spam ?? ~ naw .. just sloppy code-work; clicking *anywhere* on the MT frame seems to open a new email window, even if it means launching the freakin' mail proggy... FLASH will do that to ya.

Workaround: close MileTracker & locate the MileTracker files & directory { \usat } on your comfuser; generate a copy of ad-300x250-blank.html ~ then rename as to replace ad-300x250-balances.html. Relaunch MT.

Worked for me ~ YMMV.

Hi,
There is already a file called ad-300x250-.balances.html. If I change the one you say I'll have two that are the same.

Second, how & where do I generate a "copy" of the file. I'm a little confused. Can you walk me through the steps?

TIA,
Phil

I'm so glad to find this thread. The blackberry ad was driving me nuts tonight. I'm glad that I have company in my misery.

Same here. I just wait until they will fix the error.

On top of this I can't get results for:
-Hilton
-Continental
-Jet Blue

Hilton hasn't worked for weeks since Hilton re-designed its website. Courtney at the Miletracker/Deskport staff told me that would be fixed "soon."

Now this latest glitch is very annoying. Four new windows tried to open when running MileTracker.

I've said to the MileTracker staff more than once that I'd be willing to pay for a program that worked consistently.

Wow. If you're freaked out by a cut-n-paste exercise, maybe leave well-enuf-alone.

For the more adventurous: examine the text-content of the 'ad-###x###-blank' files, then the other 'ad-' files ~ feel free to edit as you think appropriate.
Hint ~ javascript is NOT always your friend

... ...

... is wrong with this product?!!

Multiple windows now demanding to be opened, complete failure to retrieve point totals from numerous programs, long standing log in issues for second program navigated to, and most galling of all ... no response from the program designers.

I'm done. No way in hell I'd recommend this program to anyone.

OTOH ... wadda' ya' want for nothing?
