I use several different computers throughout the day. It appears I need a different registration code for each computer. Is this correct?

Mac Availability..?

Hi KVS - from what I can tell, the app looks great. Do you - or any of the other gurus - know if there is something similar to your KVS tool aside from ITN ? I used to use a version of Sabre built for Mac OS X but I don't know if it still out there...

Yeah, I know, there's only 4 people who use Macs (yadda yadda yadda). :D

Thanks for any insight anyone can lend,

Cheers,

You may want to consider using a Windows emulator for OS X...

Hi KVS - I do but emulators are painfully slow - at least for me on my laptop. I may have to consider it if nothing else develops in the future. Thanks for responding so promptly.

Can someone explain how to read the output on the screen???

Academic Aug 31, 2004 12:22 pm

The output is fairly self-explanatory. It shows the Airline and flight number, then originating airport, departure time, arrival airport and arrival time, class of aircraft and number of stops. The availability listing shows the number of seats available in eac fare class, J = Business, etc. 9 is the maximum number shown, but more than 9 might be available in that class. The ordering is from most to least expensive, so you'll often see L sold out, but lots of B or Y available. For AC and most of us here, the most class is C, because that is the upgrade inventory.

Thanks so much for this tool!
I have already used it several times to plan flight routings so that there will be sufficient seats for upgrading, and have successfully used my certs on all of them.

Question for KVS: If I install an upgrade, will I need to request a new registration code from you?

No, your existing code will continue to work even if you upgrade (as long as it is the same system that you are installing it on).
