Does KVS look up internet bookings on Malaysia Airlines? I picked up a $0++ fare and a $29++ fare today and would like to see the PNR in a PNR lookup. MH seems to not have a straight lookup facility on its site. viewtrip.com seems to not work for my PNRs.

Thanks for the tips. I have only received one e-mail from MH re. one of the paid bookings. It has the e-ticket number so I can use teh LAN or OW checker.
I will have to check w. MH on the lak of an e-mail for the earlier paid booking. MH e-ticket number didn't work. Maybe I should type it as 232-xxxxx... ? |
FYI MH cancelled my original booking (which had references re payment) so it actually cancelled two bookings! One paid, one not recognised as paid, so requested for a biller reversal.
The third one worked and I'm just rebooking the original flight. Fingers crossed that I can get a confirmation (from SITA) with eticket numbers, then I know it was completed! Fingers crossed it gets all the way through the MAS payment gateway this time... |

When I used KVS tool to determine Sky Team award availability (especially when I clicked on Delta airlines), for any route (eg YOW-ATL, or YOW-MCO), the message said that the routing was too complex for award availability to be displayed. That does not make sense, as there are 2 Delta nonstop flights a day between Ottawa and Atlanta.

Thanks, just pulled up etickets on AS and US stock using the LA/OW feature, I hadn't realized this was possible ^
