The whole point of a Timetable function is to show which flights operate in a given 1-week period; if you are only interested in flights for a certain date, then why not to simply use one of the Availability methods?

And yes: 1=Mon, 7=Sun.

Yes, it is sorted by [# Of Connex]. It is odd that for different dates it comes up with more or less strange combinations. Oh well... perhaps a YUL-YVR-FRA is being suggested for the mileage runners. ;)

QF Availabilty

I used to be able to pull up Qantas longhaul availabilty in Sabre for Z and U class, but now the information is no longer available. A glitch, or permanent change? Thanks!

Unfortunately, the old Sabre-ITN POS was decommissioned a couple of days ago, and the new POS shows a different subset of classes. I am currently looking for a replacement source for that data ...

Never mind... I should have read back a page!^

Mainframes can be quite temperamental :)

I have now been able to confirm that all remaining subsets of the TravelGalileo platform have been decommissioned. Therefore, the Galileo Seat Map option is no longer available and will be removed, effective the next update. Please use Apollo or WSpan seat map options instead.

From the KVS Tool FAQ:
* If you have just installed an updated version of the Tool, remove KVS Availability Tool ("C:\Program Files\KVS Availability Tool\KVS_AvailabilityTool.exe") from your personal firewall/anti-virus software's "trusted programs" list, and then add it there again.

Sorry for being retarded, but my searches are proving completely fruitless. If there's somewhere where these two questions are explained, please point me there.

1) Any way to search for RTW fares and their rules? FSTARRTW1 for example?
2) How do you find the routing rules (i.e. whether something has specific routing allowances or is an MPM fare? e.g. does a jfk-lax fare allow routing throw den and iad?)

Unfortunately, not.

Routing Rules are not [yet] supported. In the meantime, I can suggest using the http://secure.skyharbors.com/pns/do/...pSearch?ag=104 engine, which does show Routing Rules/MPM info, if you click the [Read the rules, restrictions, and cancellation penalties applicable to this fare] link.

Yes did remove and replace it in the trusted list, even turned off the firewall and still no go. Stuck on "connecting......."

There must be something differrent about v2.9 which is incompatible with my (Aus) internet connection. So please?

Have you checked all of your Microsoft Internet Explorer Connection/Proxy/Work Offline settings?

Installing an older version will not resolve an issue with your local system or internet connection. In any case, all versions prior to 2.9.x will no longer be functional after 30 Aug.

Sabre: Fares/ZUJ Not Working for AS?

It seems that the method is working fine for other airlines, but I get an error when I try to search AS fares. Even doing a search in a known AS market using "YY" displays fares for all others except AS.

Fares for some airlines are not available via the [Fares/ZUJ] Method -- pls use [Fares/DotRes] instead.

OK I gave up and installed a new firewall and all is well.

Thanks for your instant answers as always.
