The app will give a notification to visit a website where you can upload results. The app itself doesn't handle uploads, or at least it didn't a month ago. If you end up dismissing the notification (like I did the first time) there isn't any way to get back to it (unless you have app notification history turned on in Android, not sure about iOS) and you have a wait a day until it sends you another notification.
i got a notification in the app (on the menu at the bottom right) to upload the second test)
there was a link in the notification to a website; it asked for Lab No, date of test and for a copy of the test (photo or screenshot)...after I uploaded this, the App turned immediately green...

Be curious to know if anyone coming in now with the Day 5 being ATK gets anything. But seems the PCR tests are uploaded by the hospital or something.
Anyway, I am done worrying about it.

Just to close this out, I never received any notification(s) on the Morchanna app...neither for Day 1 nor Day 5. On Day 2, my status changed to "Very Low Risk" and has stayed that way ever since... even as I have traveled distances both by car and plane.

Insurance covers Asymptomatic Quarantine expenses
Do you know any insurance plans which cover asymptomatic quarantine expenses (hotel, food etc) in case I am tested positive to COVID while in Thailand?
I heard if we are tested positive to COVID and asymptomatic, we need to self-quarantine at a hotel for 10 days (not at a hospital) and get a certificate of recovery since Feb 15, 2022.
AXA Sawasdee Thailand doesn't cover that anymore, I heard.

I just got approval email for TP which I applied last Tuesday March 1st afternoon, taking about 7 full days plus 6 hours, a little longer than the stated 3 to 7 days.
One interesting thing is that I used Cigna Global Health Coverage Certificate provided by my employer instead of AXA and alike. The Cigna plan does mention will provide coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 to the same extent as it would for any other medical condition but no $ amount provided so Im not so confident to get approval and ready to purchase AXA once got rejected.
Its a nice surprise by saving around $100 and no more hassles. BTW AXA discriminates those western passports by adding at least 1000 baht vs for say Chinese or Taiwanese passports.

Thank you.
I just applied for mine this morning, but I couldn't find a place where I can upload my flight information... Also, the site didn't mention flight information as required documents.
My hotel booking confirmation includes my flight information, however.
Where did you upload your flight information?
Did I miss something?

all compulsory documents (passport, vaccine certificate, insurance, hotel reservation with PCR Test and transfer) need to be in jpg, some further documents, that you think are helpful to get an approval, can also be in pdf

you do not need to upload any documents about your flight, just write flight numer, arrival date, airport of departure and arrival each in one field

some hotel ask for a document (reservation, ticket) and some are ok with just flight number and arrival time/date (as this is part of the confirmation)

Help with transit rules
Hoping someone can help clarify the transit rules under the current Thailand Pass scheme.
MH decided to terminate HKT service until 3/28, meaning our flight next week is now canceled (thanks for the advanced notice...
) We now need to find another way out of Thailand, and the only realistic option appears to be a flight from BKK. We're entering under a Sandbox approval, staying only 5 days. The Thailand Pass website now seems to imply that we can travel to BKK for the purpose of leaving the country (5.3 If I stay in Thailand for no more than 7 days, I will not be allowed to continue to other parts of Thailand beside the Sandbox area, except for departure out of Thailand.) Has anyone successfully boarded a domestic flight for this purpose? I doubt TG will allow us on the the sealed route TG2750 if we're not continuing out of the country on a single ticket with their airline.
In case transit is not allowed under the Sandbox approval, should I try to apply for Test and Go instead? Strangely, the testing and hotel requirements seem to be identical, but Test and Go allows more flexibility.
Thanks for the assistance.
