Thought with the number of FCL and Spa questions littering this board it might be worth making a sticky with all the available information and also provide a place for members to ask their questions. Please let me know if you think it is a good idea and please let me know if any of the information I have included is wrong or if you feel anything else needs to be added.
Thai Airways Royal First Class Lounge

Royal First Lounge at Concourse D, Level 3 - 1,400 sq.m. has been allocated for Royal First Class passengers with the capacity to accommodate 134 passengers at one time.
Opening hours: 05:00 am. – 01:00 am.
Facilities:
• 2 VIP Rooms
• 6 Private Corners
• 22 Seated A-la-Carte Dining Room
• Wi-fi Internet Corner with 4 PCs
• Slumber Rooms
• Shower Suites
• Toilets with Wheelchair Accessible
• TG First Class Check-in Facility
• Smoking lounge
Lounge access rules:
Departures in TG or *A F from BKK = FCL access
TG F Arrival connecting to international TG C/Y = FCL access
TG F Arrival connecting to *A C = No FCL access
TG F arrival connecting to domestic TG C = officially no FCL access, however some people have been granted access in this situation.
*A F arrival connecting to TG C or *A C = no FCL access
1 guest is allowed when departing in TG F or *A F
Q: If arriving in TG F and departing in TG C the following day, will I get access to the F lounge?
A: Offically the answer is no as you need a same day ticket, however some people have been granted access in this situation. So very much a YMMV situation.
Q: If arriving in TG F and staying in BKK, is it possible to use the TG F lounge as an arrivals lounge?
A: Unfortunately this is not allowed, although exceptions have been made before. So officially it's not allowed, but there is no harm in asking.

No guest are allowed regardless of class of travel
Q: Is it possible to book the spa treatment in advance?
A: No. You can book at First class check-in, at the FCL or the Spa itself - they will indicate the approx waiting time if more than a few minutes.

Hi all- I have been browsing through these threads for a while and all the replies I have read seems to imply the below itinerary would NOT allow a passenger access to the Thai First Class Lounge- is that right?
- SQ business class from BKK to SIN
- Same day connection on SQ first class SIN to HND

If not I'll go check out the SilverKris lounge instead....

With star, the immediate outbound flight determines the class of lounge access. The main exception to this rule is connections within the same airline... arriving/departing TG/TG or SQ/SQ for example. Most airlines in that case allow inbound First pax to wait in the F lounge where available.
The silver Kris lounge isn't that far below the TG F lounge anyways. It has good food (for BKK lounge standards) and a good bar.

Ok, I exaggerate a little... the F lounge has nice furnishings and some food, but in reality the biggest draw for me is that it isn’t a zoo like the biz class offerings.The SQ lounge has pretty good food (for BKK), plenty of seats, pleasant enough staff, and a nice bar. If you threw in the Thai furnishings. it would actually be pretty close to TG F.

what champagne, white and red wines did SQ serve recently? the ones served before relocation were not worth to remember and on my recent visits I did not sample

everybody has his own preferences! I do not add mustard to my roast beef and for me luk chup are nice...to look at but not to eat!

Can’t answer that because I don’t drink still wine. Champagne, not sure if the SQ lounge had any, but TG F serves Moët, or Clicquot... both non vintage at about 35-40 a bottle. I’d expect those in a standard business class lounge, so on that basis rule out champagne for evaluating TG’s F offering.

Veuve Clicquot is served on board in J and not in TG's F
There are not many standard business class lounges, which serve champagne on the level of a Moet or Clicquot and to expect Dom Perignon as well in the F Lounge, would be a bit exaggerated. I'd say a lot of biz class lounges these days are at the Moet/Clicquot level... all of CX's lounges, AA's lounges (Bollinger), UA's polaris lounges. First class lounges - BA's Concorde Room, TPR for SQ, Air France - all have vintages. Although Air China, EK etc are the same as TG.
I agree there is probably no need for an F lounge to be serving Dom, but an entry level champagne is more on a biz class level.

I am flying LHR-BKK in Thai F landing in BKK at 4pm and then BKK-DPS in Thai J the following morning at 9am. What kind of lounge access will I have on arrival? Its around a 17 hour layover so I am not quite sure what the rules are. Thanks in advance!

The lounges close overnight, so you will get a period of roaming the concourses or sleeping on a bench somewhere if you plan to stay airside. If I were you, I would get a hotel somewhere to be more comfy.
That being said, they will most likely take you to the F lounge until it closes, if you are staying airside. Then you'd probably get the J lounge once it reopens
