Dallas - Fort Worth International Airport is relatively easy to navigate using the airside SkyLink train - gate to gate will invariably take less than 15 minutes.

Connections at DFW
Hi, I will be flying into LAS via DFW on July 26 with AA. I will be arriving at DFW at 9:50 PM and departing to LAS at 10:30 PM. Do I have enough time to make the connection barring any delays?
Thanks
Thanks

I think AA has flights leaving out of 4 (?) of the 5 terminals at DFW, so...barring delays:
If your flights arrive and depart from the same terminal...no problem.
If your flights arrive and depart from different terminals, you have a choice of taking the SkyLink train or the terminal shuttle van service (see here)...probably no problem (although I've seen some long waits for some of those vans).
You don't say where you are coming from or list which terminals...that might be helpful for other experts to help with their opinions.

Assuming you aren't arriving internationally (customs), 40 minutes should be fine, if things are running on time. Don't even think about the terminallink van. Stay airside and take the Skylink. Station to station is 10 minutes max, thains run every 2 minutes. Add a few minutes to walk gate to station & vice versa, and it should take no more than 20 minutes gate to gate.

Yeah, sorry. I am flying from EWR. I do not see it as being a huge problem but I just wanted to be safe. So the SkyLink is the way to go if I have to change terminals. I am not sure this is the case but if I do, i now know what to do.
Thanks

EARLY AM connection through DFW: what to do?
Am arriving into DFW a little before 1am and don't connect until 7am. The Admiral's Club will be closed, and looks like the on-site Hilton is unavailable the date of my arrival. Any suggestions as to where to go/what to do?
TIA.
TIA.

There is no Hilton on the DFW airport property. There are two separate Hyatts - Grand Hyatt (landside Terminal D) and Hyatt Regency (adjacent to Terminal C).

There is absolutely nothing to do at DFW between 1am and 7am. There aren't even very many comfy spots to rest, and those that exist (like the samsung lounges) are probably already staked out by misconnects.
If getting a room at the hyatt is an option for you, I'd recommend catching up on sleep there.

1:20 for international connection DFW
Hi all -
I'm flying from Regan to Acapulco via Dallas, and am debating whether it's worth squeezing into a carry on (need to bring suit and swimsuit
). On the way back, I go through DFW and have one hour 20 mins to connect...I assume if I check a bag I will need to claim it, go through customs, and recheck, and go through security again. Is this enough time?

Overnight connection in DFW - Dallas Ft. Worth Airport
Hi,
Im not sure if this is the place to post this, sorry if it isnt.
I will travel from Seattle to Mexico next month, and I have an overnight connection, its going to be from 9:00PM to 9:00AM at DFW Dallas/ Fort Worth.
My question is if I will be allowed to stay at the airport the whole night, or if I will have to go to hotel, I have no problem staying there for 12 hours, but I dont know if they allow that or if the airport closes.
If I have to go for a hotel, do you know any one close to the airport?
If you can also provide me with taxi info, etc. I will really appreciate it. It is my first overnight flight, I have spent 12 hours at Houston but during the day.
Thank you in advance!

The closest hotel to DFW in actually IN DFW at terminal D (Hyatt). There is another that is on the grounds of the airport (a 2nd Hyatt). Others are close but off the grounds.
