I think AA has flights leaving out of 4 (?) of the 5 terminals at DFW, so...barring delays:

If your flights arrive and depart from the same terminal...no problem.
If your flights arrive and depart from different terminals, you have a choice of taking the SkyLink train or the terminal shuttle van service (see here)...probably no problem (although I've seen some long waits for some of those vans).

You don't say where you are coming from or list which terminals...that might be helpful for other experts to help with their opinions.
