"I would NEVER threaten..."

You're doing a good job at being FlyerTalk's whipping boy, though. I'm enjoying watching you being eaten alive. Dan,
You got me again. I love using my ability to force others to post nonsense. |
I think hominem and homonym are homonyms.

Isn't it 'homina homina?' (with respects to Ralph Kramden.) http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
Moderator, since we're so totally off topic, how's about closing this (boring) thread? Please. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif So many egos from all over the world needing to say 'just 1 more thing'. |

I have a legitimate question:
Do you consider it proper to post in other airline boards with your tagline (All those who fly Continental Airlines, raise your hands. The rest of you, raise your standards.)? |

Seriously, even though it's Damien, it doesn't bother me and I don't consider it improper. |

But as I recall the folks who fly CO can't cash in their miles for 'cheap' awards, only the more expensive ones. But since that's off-topic in this forum... |

Okay... here is an on topic question.
Hypothetically, Randy asks the TalkBoard, his personal board of advisors, for help in setting his agenda for the year in talking to frequent flyer programs about what frequent flyers want. avek, as a representative of the FlyerTalk community, what four or five issues do you highlight as "concerns of the community" that the programs should address on behalf of your fellow FTers? |

TechGirl, that is a darn fine question. I wonder what answer if any will be cooked up. When I hear that question asked of avek my first thought is of his bogus call to the UA FF phone line to congratulate them and provide his support as a UA frequent flyer in their decision to restrict fare classes on SWUs. He seems concerned about that. I believe another of his posts refered to maintaining the "exclusivity" of the business and first class cabins. Perhaps that will be a major issue (of course related to the call to UA).
