Just got a response from customer support.

Just got my 5K points posted. It appears they retro my stays even when I registered late for this promo (i.e., registered after i completed the stay). ^ ^

Also saw the 3,000 points posted for the 3 stays in March. However, I am still waiting for the 1,000 bonus for each property in Vancouver I stayed for the first time with the other "West Coast and Canada" promo to be posted. Hopefully they will appear soon.

I got them for all my 10 March stays yesterday. 5k should have posted last week, obviously they had that problem which was reported earlier in this thread.
