Sent a request as well.
Now I'm getting 2-3 of these exact same replies everyday and it's clogging up my inbox. Probably a bug on their side.
Also, the Edit Profile has never worked for me. I can only view my profile information, but not edit.

Got status matched in Nov'15 and received the card+baggage tags in Jan'16 without any follow ups. The status is valid until Mar'17. I was surprised they sent the physical card. I read somewhere they don't send physical cards until you complete at least one flight with them.
