My recent Dec 2020 DPS-SIN redemption ticket was the fastest to refund of all my SQ tickets, total about 4-5 days max from submitting the request via the website and having miles back in account and taxes back on credit card. YMMV.
I have SIN-CGK-SIN revenue ticket refund that is dragging for months now even though back and forth communication happened several times already. No idea what the challenge is with that one.

I have a few award tickets for my wife and I JFK-SIN-MLE for January 2021. We are finally within the refund period so I am submitting my refund request. Both my wife's tickets and my ticket's are on the same booking reference. I am looking at the assistance request form and it asks for the booking reference and a name. Do I have to submit requests for both my wife and myself or should I just submit a request for myself because it is my Krisflyer account?

Normally one request is fine if you are the account holder and traveling on the same PNR. They may get back to you and ask if you are authorized to make changes / cancel the booking for both pax, but that rarely happens in your situation.

Thanks! Here’s hoping they are flying F to JFK in 2022 so I can rebook this trip!

It's now been 6 weeks since my flights ex ARN were cancelled by SQ and I applied for a refund (revenue tickets). I've still not heard anything further from SQ.
They've had enough time to refund a perfectly simple ticket so I have asked Amex for a chargeback which they have agreed to do (and a dispute credit has already appeared on my Amex account). SQ can contest if they wish to but I can't see anyway they will succeed.
It's sad that I've had to resort to this, SQ knows I'm entitled to the refund so all they've done is alienate me so I'll go elsewhere for my flights in the future.

Overall, everything I had to claim so far has been processed by SIA without much arguments even though some items required additional explanations and a few follow ups and tracking. A pretty decent overall performance in our experience compared to other carriers we had to deal with with a "medium- to low" hassle factor. Not perfect, but far from terrible though I can see how inexperienced travellers may struggle and feel overburdened. YMMV.

Wanted to share some positive experience.
Canceled SIN-FRA-SIN flight planned end December 2020 for 4 pax on 28 November, ticket amount less canx fees back on credit card and account by 02 December (4 days later).

Good to hear. While many of us are keen to highlight when things go wrong, I have to say that based on my personal recent experiences (and after overcoming the initial onslaught of refund requests), SIA has performed very well in this regard in my book. I can list several other carriers that have been quite naughty / uncooperative with refunds for some of our other flights that got cancelled and held out for a long time on refunds (miles or cash) requiring escalations at times or such. Not so SIA, for me at least. YMMV.

How long to refund a travel agent?
Managed to speak to TravelUp in the UK about the refund of my return leg AKL-EU (long story but original ticket was STO-ZRH-SIN-AKL-SIN-ZRH-STO but changed by SQ to AKL-SIN-LHR when they removed all their STO and ZRH flights last March). We got stuck in NZ when flight after rebooked flight was cancelled by SQ and the eventual converting of the ticket to an "open" ticket to be used by 21st March 2021. It became apparent that this could never be used due to all the travel restrictions in NZ and the UK so, many months ago, I applied to TravelUp for a refund but had heard nothing despite sending quite a few emails requesting updates, but yesterday I actually managed to get through to their so-called customer services, she said that she could see all my emails and refund requests but they were not getting refunds from SQ and have been waiting for 6 months in some cases. I can't find how true this is because SQ won't tell me anything and just instruct me to go through the booking agent, I think I smell a rat with TravelUp and they haven't actually requested the refund but there's no way to prove it.
Anybody else been waiting so long for a travel agent refund?

We are on UK passports and were on a long term visit (6 months) to NZ (November 2019 to 31st March 2020). It was a nightmare trying to get out of NZ and we were actually stuck there until May 2020 when we were ultimately repatriated by the UK Government on a CX charter flight at a cost of Ł1600 as there were no other options available. I think it was 5 SQ flights in succession were cancelled/re-booked and in desperation also booked extremely expensive tickets on QATAR only for those flights to be cancelled too, it took 9 months but did eventually get a full refund from QATAR. We had children in NZ that we were visiting every year but they are moving back to the UK end of this month so doubt we will ever be going to NZ again.

I would think SQ have already refund n it is the travel agent who is holding up the money.
A lot of travel agents are having cash cash flow issues. So they are holding back the money for as long as possible.
where are you right now ? In U.K.?
SQ is saying to contact the local office if you can’t get your travel agent.
