The final configuration includes:

28 Main Cabin Extra (in 10 across configuration, all bulkheads or exit rows)
188 Main Cabin / Economy / Coach

All Rockwell Collins MiQ Premium Economy seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, offer seatback flat 15.4" touch screen screen AVOD (can be tilted up or down slightly, corded hand controller) with 250 movies, 160 TV shows, 13 radio channels, 375 albums and 20 games; 110 VAC international multiplug and 5 VDC USB power. I prefer any other row than the bulkhead in PE. I also have long legs (35" inseam) and find the legroom to be more than adequate, and the ride to be plenty comfortable. Alternatively, the bulkhead seats are narrow, the exit door can be cold, and the TV viewing angle is not comfortable.

I don't find the reduced width of bulkhead seat noticeable but I do get annoyed that I can't use the screen the last 30-60mins of the flight.

Thanks. Is there an easy way to translate 6" into # of degrees? I searched online and found something like this:
https://travel.stackexchange.com/que...-length-inches
Also: 6" recline doesn't sound like much. What is it for a regular Y seat on AA?

BTW, SQ advertises 8" of seat recline for PEY, while CX has increased its recline to 9" (at least on their A350). NH is about 121 degrees.

AA’s PE is no CX or SQ, as you note, but it is still a nice seat. I flew in PE about 8 weeks ago from PHL to BCN and the recline was decent enough (the same or better than AA domestic F) that I was able to sleep continuously for about 3.5 hours.

I once sat in the 16th row because of the unlimited legroom, but it can get very cold since youre sitting right next to the emergency exits. From the possible options you have I would stick to the 18L.

Good choice. The 18th row is always a good option on the 77W. You might get a little bit less recline (maybe a quarter of an inch [?]), but theres a divider behind you so you will not be disturbed during the flight.
