I assume tightening up the AML security measure. Before under $1k didn't need IDs so could go unlimited, at single WM on different time or going to hop different WMs or whatever/however.

Hit red "Cancel" button. Once that's done, you'll be prompted to choose from like 6 - 7 options. Choose debit. It still works on new terminal, Ingenico 7000 at least around here.

I believe you got the MO & MSing correct. Depending on the context, VGC van be Variable Gift Card or VISA Gift Card. The poster said variable VGC, I can only assume VGC = VISA Gift Card in this case....
