Rules:
You can deposit cash fee-free into your ONE account at any Walmart cashier, Customer Service desk, or Money Center location in the United States.
If you dont have your physical card, you can deposit cash using your ONE app-generated barcode at any Money Center or Customer Service Desk at Walmart.
Amount limits:
1. $1 minimum load
2. $990 maximum load per transaction
3. $3,000 maximum per rolling 24 hours
To create barcode for deposit:
On home page of One app, click Add Money
Next screen is Cash Control, click Deposit Cash
Next screen is Select account, select Debit or Savings
After selecting account, click on blue Create Barcode at bottom of screen

Is loading VGC only or does MCGC also work? I tried loading today, no problem with vanilla VGC but when I tried a second transaction with MCGC it was getting declined. I haven't done MOs at WM in awhile but I remember you had to time a press on the back button to get them to work. Couldn't remember exactly how to do it on the spot. Eventually had to cancel the transaction and he had to call someone over to help with that, they seemed cool about it but I don't want to try again and bring more attention by failing again.
MCGC only $10 a time.

IME MCGCs at WM tend to default to credit instead of debit. I don't know if you are still able to do the "change payment" method trick to change it to "Debit" so that it can qualify for the type to load correctly. The "change payment" button method was always tricky but as soon as you swipe the card you had a very short window like 2 secs to hit the "change payment" method but I don't know if that still applies since Walmart keeps changing POS card terminals and I haven't used MCGCs to load anything for a long long time.

I read it elsewhere you can just tape over your chip and let it fail 3 times to allow it to swipe, there also dp another workaround bypass chip w.o failing your chip i do not know what it is as it kept a mystery for those hitting long and hard and not wanting to game over this.
Personally i have never attempt yet as i always go mc to load.
I do wanna know if barcode works at SCO tho , let me know if any dp on this

I read it elsewhere you can just tape over your chip and let it fail 3 times to allow it to swipe, there also dp another workaround bypass chip w.o failing your chip i do not know what it is as it kept a mystery for those hitting long and hard and not wanting to game over this.

don't get me wrong, it doesnt alert the cashier on duty, after failed 3 chip attempt , the post actually requesting you to swipe.the card ,so you'll be able to load.
