I'd recommend ZRH. I flew CDG-ZRH-SFO a couple of weeks ago on LX. ZRH is run with typical Swiss precision. The immigration lines move quickly and the walk between gates is easy.

I used them for both entry into France and entry into the US in the last two weeks. The SWISS check in agent at CDG had not seen the eMed printout before, but a supervisor quickly OKed it.
