I experience the same problem with my home and work PC (on which I had done surveys in the past). Every survey shows it's expired. But when I accessed the same survey invitations through another PC at the airport lounge, I was able to complete them.

Clearing cookies and caches does not appear to be successful. Help... anyone?

Just a warning--when I quit and then rejoined through Priority Club, I lost the option of redeeming for Hilton. I thought Hilton was an option no matter who you joined through, but I was wrong.

Could it be that the problem you and others are experiencing comes from having a non-US IP address? Just guessing...

Both my wife and I have this problem, so I guess that this could be a possible reason, but we had had no problems until early April. Besides, I was invited to join by Iberia.

I sent an e-mail to Customer Service a few days ago, and got this reply:

"Thank you for contacting e-Rewards. We apologize for the difficulty you have experienced with the recent surveys. I have submitted a request to technology so they can look into the expired survey issue. We hope to have this resolved for you very soon."

Not holding my breath for a quick solution...

I think this is it!

That's not it. My work email uses a US IP address and still failed to access. But when I tried accessing at airport lounges in Singapore and Taiwan, it worked. Still very much a mystery.

I have the same issue. Using friends' and work computer, I am fine, but not when on my personal computer.

E-rewards hasn't responded to a cusomter service email form me in over 3 months. I am a little upset. I have been miscredited several times and no one gets back to me.

It could actually be some kind of technical problem on their end, and if you notify them promptly, they might fix it. @:-)

(It's easy to contact their Customer Service via their website, and in general, you do get results from doing so.)

Hi Kathy, this is a recent problem with their system, I notified them a few weeks ago and got the same generic response. I hope they fix this soon, I have had some pretty good surveys that were expired on receipt.

Its non-US IP addresses

They just wont admit it. Their behaviour is deceptive. Access may OK from an airport device if the service provider is US based.

Had exactly the same problem past weeks and also reported the problem to support and got the same generic answer.

Now I notice that something has changed since this weekend :
- before this week-end I got "expired" for all surveys & quick surveys
- now I get "expired" for all surveys but I was able to complete quick surveys

Also I got an email from E-Rewards yesterday indicating that they have waived currency expiration (due to happen may 1st) for me this year.

Still a mystery though..

If indeed is the case, it sounds like a major system screw up! e-Rewards is not offered to just US-based users, my family and I had signed on to it via invitations from BD and VS at the .co.uk website.

I've written to them more than a week ago but still no reply when, from personal experience, they normally would respond overnight for any survey related queries.

I agree with you, the behavior is deceptive! I don't understand why they have a 2k, 4k and 8k redemption for BA and skip 6k, and then restrict additional redemption for almost two months. So for example if you have 6,000 points for British Airways, you can only redeem 4,000, leaving 2000 points for almost two months which may expire because of the expiration rules.

Expired surveys

Problem still persists. Over the last month I have followed up with e-Rewards regularly regarding the expired surveys issue. Each time I receive a nondescript reply to say that they are working on it, with no further update on where the problem lay and what is being done to rectify. :td:
