I was able to log in without a problem. I have noticed, however, that Erewards does not answer emails as promptly as in the past.

yes... the last time I contacted them, I received an email reply the next day...
the 5 emails I sent them in the last 10 days went unanswered... :(

My last 10 emails have gone unanswered. E-rewards cust. service is terrible. I'm only doing the surveys to get my account ready for the US Air Grand Slam in the fall (assuming that happens again this year).

Here it works fine. I am still receiving frequent e-mails.

WN RR?

Do some of you have WN (Southwest) RR as a reward option? I searched this forum and didn't find anything. I know we all have different options depending on who are sponsor was. Thanks.

WN is not a partner I think. I have all airline partners (joined through hotels) and don't have WN

e-Rewards is now US IP addresses only

Can't log in to my e-Rewards account while I am overseas. I am quiting e-Rewards for this; plus there hasn't been jumbo (ER$10+) surveys for a LONG long time. It's not worthwhile for me any longer.

Well, I must report that it's working again for IPs outside the US, but it's taken them almost 2 months to fix it! And a couple of days ago I received a survey that yielded $25 after 75 minutes, but I just didn't qualify for it.

Thanks for the good news. I was using remote US access to bypass the prob.

I may have spoken too early! It worked well during the weekend, but yesterday both my wife and I received invitations to surveys that had once again expired.

What makes you think this is IP address based? I'm often outside the US and I've once had a survey dump me out that I can tell was IP address based. (... because it worked when I bounced the access through a US proxy instead.)

That said, I reckon it's worth setting up a proxy on a home machine (e.g. a well-secured linux box) anyhow if you're outside the US a lot. There are tons of US sites (e.g. TV networks) which only allow access from US IP addresses.

Easy - using a non-US IP address resulets in all surveys expired. Using a US proxy, all surveys are normal. (same links)

Just completed my largest survey ever-$20! The shock was that the survey only took about 10-12 minutes. It was about advertising the USPS is considering for their rental PO Boxes. :)

Getting emails 2-3 times a day.

Expired Survey

I was about to say the problem was fixed after completing two to three surveys earlier this week until I got a survey that expired 2 mins after opening it today, this is something they are obviously still working on.
