I agree. They have normally been helpful, but today I received a message asking for a screenshot to prove I completed the survey:

"On this survey it shows that you accessed the survey for only XX seconds. If you can provide a screen shot of something showing that you completed it, then I will issue full credit on it."

I always send them complains with screen shots, but it doesn't seem to help.

Unfortunately, they're hitting me with the outside-US IP address expiry error 90% of the time now :(

I just completed the first part. Do you know when should I see a credit on my e-Rewards account?

It took longer then usual...I remember the 3-day period was over on a Friday and the survey credit was received in a week or 10 days after that.

Wow, I hope I'll get credited before the PCR double promo runs out at the end of the month.

E-rewards

Dear All,

I understand from previous posts on this forum that membership to e-rewards is only by invitation but is there a way that u could get urself an invite to be part fo this programe.

Is there any way like making a phone call to relevent people or registering on a particular website that can help me get an invitation.

Waiting to hear from people who have got this invite.

Many thanks.

An invitation was emailed to me without any work on my end. Not sure if there's a way to expedite the process.

can 2 people register with one email invite?

If so, maybe u can help me get registered by forwarding the email to me.
Just wondering. If that is unacceptable to you, my apologies. if you are happy to share that email with me, please so so and i will contact you by private message .
Many thanks

I believe you must be invited by the frequent visitor program, not by a person. I was invited by DL. I believe points may be earned for DL, PC, HH, and Choice Privileges only so if you're working with one of those programs contact them for a invite.

There are others, but if you join through Delta you won't be able to see US, etc.

Ah very useful to know! This is why I like programs like e-miles better since I know which airlines participate in the program, even if enrolled through a particular airline. Do they also limit your non-airline partners?

I got an invite from Pizza Hut, after completing a survey they sent me after ordering pizza. This account allows me to earn for US Air, Continental OR Delta, and several other smaller airlines as well as the other usual outlets. I previously had an account that invited from Northwest, and only earned Northwest miles so the Pizza Hut invite offered more options.

Thanks for this info. I would have never thought Pizza Hut would provide an invite.
