I found reading the Research Now website to be deeply educational. For example, I had not realized that since 2010, e-Rewards and e-miles have been co-owned.

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to answer rewards redemption problems?
I redeemed for amazon e-giftcards but they never came. I have contacted them about a month ago and again a week ago but still haven't gotten a reply. I like them and have gotten quite a few rewards the last 2 years. This is first I have had redemption problems. |

Did anyone have a problem with the travel survey? A 25 minute survey for 6.25 in credit. Mine konked out 15 minutes in and I couldn't get back in to continue.

Anytime I have this problem I email E Rewards. Make sure you have the survey number (which is listed on your E Rewards webpage) and tell them what happened.
