On my Mac, can't deposit the diamond with either FF or Chrome.

I'm on a Mac also, but I don't think that's the issue. Plenty of people on SD complained about the same thing. Please see my earlier post, I think it's the program's way of saying "This is a 35 point diamond, you already have one of these from this morning, I won't give you another, go find a 70 pointer and I'll let you have it."

Just a guess. I would love to hear from others on this board who are battling with Da Bears to see what they are experiencing.

Has anyone been able to apply two codes in one day?

Firefox on a PC worked all three times for me, although it took two tries the second time. This is good -- I don't drink many Cokes and don't bother looking for caps, so the 35 points I'm already up is about 4-6 weeks of normal traffic. If the game lasts long enough I'll be able to get the 2000 PC points prize if it is ever back in stock.

I haven't yet seen a 70-point diamond. Do they just appear in front of you like the 35-point diamonds? Does the box appear for them?

I've only found one 70. The onscreen box after login does not change, the 70 looks no different than the 35, and appears onscreen just the same way. My 70 appeared right behind what turned out to be a 35 that wouldn't load. I've gotten no other 70, and also haven't seen another instance of two diamonds on the screen at the same time. In short, you won't know it's a 70 until you click on it and you're told.

Not sure what you mean by "apply two codes". Do you mean find two diamonds and collect both sets of points from them in one day? If so, I've only done it once.

Yes, on several occasions.

On the SD thread some have reported that they've been able to find two codes only on Fridays and Sundays, while others have reported that they've found them on Fridays and Mondays. My experience has been that I've always been able to find a new diamond early every morning, and sometimes I've been able to get a second code later in the day (I haven't been keeping track of what days of the week I've found these second codes).

Should you care, just login in to MCR, go to "My Account", then click on "Points History." You can see exactly what days you earned two sets of points.

Interestingly, I just checked my account, and the only day on which I received two sets of points was...a Sunday.

It is rocket science if you can't figure out how to get the stupid page to load. So far I've tried Chrome, Firefox and IE, and all I get is loading .... loading .... loading ....

Anyone have any ideas?

I've found one yesterday in the afternoon. The second one showed up after 7PM. But clicking on it never produced any points. The little pop up box had that "loading" message forever. I browsed the environment but never found another diamond.

Me too. I said earlier that I thought the "loading data" message was just the way the program prevents you from getting two 35-point diamonds in one day. I've only gotten 35 point diamonds in the morning, and have not seen any reports of anyone getting a 70 pointer in the morning.

If, as yanxfann reports, two-diamond days only occur twice a week, then it would make sense that those of us playing daily are being blocked on most evenings. We've already earned a 35-pointer in the morning, most evenings the only thing available are (reportedly) 35-pointers, and we can't get two of the same in one day.

Tomorrow is Friday. If the reports are correct, then perhaps many of us will be seeing a two-diamond day tomorrow.

Same problem here in Chrome and firefox. I get to the tracking actual bears on the loading page and my shockwave flash crashes every time. I have even reinstalled it and still have the problem.......

We have 6 laptops in our house, arctichome only works on 4 of them but it won't work on the other 2 (we only use FireFox), basically it appears that some computers can handle this program while others can't.

It's probably not the answer that you want to hear but I'd suggest trying a different computer.

I first tried this game on Tuesday. I got a 35-point diamond during the day Tuesday and then another 35-pointer around 8pm Tuesday. I did not find a diamond on Wednesday during the day despite several tries, but found another 35-pointer Wednesday night. In each case the pop-up box appeared upon login. Today I haven't gotten the pop-up box or a diamond in two tries so far.

I have no idea what this all means.
