I got 10 Olympic Bonus points which is strange since I entered 5 codes that day so I should have received 25.

I received this email yesterday from PCR regarding my inquiry about redemption on MCR:

Dear###

Thank you for contacting Priority Club Rewards.

We would like to inform you that MyCokeRewards.com is still one of our partners. In order to redeem My Coke Rewards points, please log-in to www.mycokerewards.com. Priority Club Rewards is partnering with My Coke Rewards to be the premier hotel partner and offer PCR points as redemption option.

My Coke Rewards members can redeem:

250 MCR points = 500 PCR points
1,000 MCR points = 2,000 PCR points

Not only they increased the price by 50%, they still don't have it listed on MCR!

Are there any freebies available anywhere for some points?

ughhh.. this blows.. wonder why they did this, do they realize its the only thing worth redeeming for on their program

the 500 point PC Point certs are increased by 56.3% and the 2000 pointers are increased by 58.7%..

unfortunately for me, there isn't a d*mn thing that I'd use these useless points on anymore.. if they weren't free (except for my time to input the codes), i'd say eff em

MyCoke won't credit the Olympics bonus for Ohno's medal on 2/18 because when the West Coast saw Olympics, the codes they say were technically entered on 2/19 EST. This doesn't seem fair.

Did anyone else get this note back?

i didn't play this game but reading this and I have to laugh (not at the poster) b/c this is so typical for this mcr program.. anything to screw you over and mcr will do it

everytime i read something like this i give ^ to those who are able to beat the mcr system

I think it's too early to worry. It looks like PCR outsourced a loonie house in Manila for their customer support. At least that's the feeling that their replies leave. And I don't think they know s@#t. When I wrote to them that there were no PCR redemption on MCR despite they suggested otherwise I got this reply yesterday (accents and comments are mine):

Dear ####,

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Please be advised that you need to log in through your Priority ClubŪ account first in order to redeem your My Coke Rewards points for Priority ClubŪ Rewards Points.

After logging in, kindly choose the 'Partners' option and choose 'United States' for your region and this will give the list of our partners we currently have. Please select 'My Coke Rewards' and you will find a link that will direct you to the My Coke Rewards redemption website that will require you to type in your code (W T F?!).

We appreciate your patience and cooperation and please accept our apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused you.

Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Attached is the link to our service centers' phone numbers page: http://www.priorityclub.com/contactus

Sincerely,

Ms. Mhaze Perez
Priority Club Rewards

Well, it looks like Google translation did a lousy job once again. The problem is, if you call that phone number you get connected to the same people.

I must like powerade (fruit punch)

All my powerade codes give me choices between powerade fruit punch or something called powerade play. The poor mountain berry blast (what I drink) is destined to be fruit punch I guess

Still cheaper (79 cents compared to $1) than Gatorade, thank you very much :D

Thank you very much! Wow, I guess the early bird really does get the worm--I mean the points. Have a nice day.

Don't feel too bad. I've been a Flyertalk member and a regular coke drinker for about eight years and I only got into the Coke Rewards last year when I won 25 Coke points in the McDonalds Monopoly game. Now I'm hooked :D

My best redemption was for 2 $35 off certificates for Air-Tran. It just so happened that Air-Tran was starting a route from Atlanta to Atlantic City. I had never been there b-4 and the fare was $49 each way. I booked my trip as 2 1-way segments and end up paying $14 + taxes ea way. Then I discovered that I had free room offers @ Harrahs for 2 nights. That was the cheapest trip I have ever taken.

BTW, Mon. is double pts day for Dansani 12 and 24 packs.

Thanks for the tip--I have a code for a 24 pack floating around in the trunk of my car (still on the case), so I'll enter it then.
